Software engineering is the practice of using process techniques to improve the quality of a software development effort. This is based on the assumption, supported by patient experience, that a methodical approach to software development results in fewer defects and, therefore, ultimately provides shorter delivery times and better value. The documented collection of policies, processes and procedures used by a development team or organization to practice software engineering is key for successful delivery of any project.
At Globaxon Technologies we work together in dedicated skill and knowledge pools. Globaxon Technologies methodology promotes a result-driven interactive approach and guarantees better customer service with regards to quality, cost and customer’s strategic goals, without compromising on any of these factors.
At Globaxon Technologies each project begins with extensive interaction targeted at understanding immediate requirements and establishing long-term goals. Our process is interactive and we work very closely with our customers to develop solutions that engage, entice and are easy to use. Ease of navigation, consistency of overall look and feel, depth of content, originality, and quality of execution are just a few of the things that matter to us.
Domain Analysis- Our first step towards development of any new project begins with domain analysis. Assuming that we don’t have sufficiently knowledgeably in the subject area of new software, so first task is to investigate the project.
System Element Analysis- The most important task in the development of any software is extracting the requirements. Peoples typically know what they want, but not what software should do, while incomplete, ambiguous or contradictory requirements are recognized by skilled and experienced software engineers this is where our experience helps.
Scope Analysis & Specification- Once general requirement are gleaned we analyze and determine the scope of development work by getting an approval on the clearly stated scope of work document. Once we get an approval on the scope document we precisely describe the software to be developed and start a review process of the documents making sure that the requirements are logically sound.
Software architecture- In this phase of development we draw and select an abstract representation of the system to be developed. By drawing architecture for the system we make sure that software system will meet the requirement which is expected by our client as well as ensure that future requirements will be addressed.
Coding- We convert the designed system in a functional system.
Testing- Once coding is complete we prepare test cases and test the system to meet the best quality standards.
Implementation- After the code is appropriately tested and approved, it is moved into production environment.
Documentation-Documenting the internal design of software for the purpose of future maintenance and enhancement.
